I saw on Facebook that an old colleague lost her brother to cancer. She has a wonderful family and a resilient spirit and I wanted her to know I was thinking of her.
I love the Thoughts & Prayers stamp set because it always seems to says just what I am feeling and has two simple elegant foilage stamps to go with it.
The DSP is from the Sale-a-Bration DSP pack called Sweet Sorbet. A similar palette and pattern can be found in the Fresh Prints DSP Paper Stack in the Occasions Catalog.
The card base is Island Indigo cut 6" x 7" and scored for a 6" x 3 1/2" card. The tree is stamped in Sahara Sand ink and the sentiment in Island Indigo. Crumb Cake Seam Binding Ribbon tied in a knot finishes it perfectly.
And my envelope was custom crafted using the Envelope Punch Board!
