This card was created just because I wanted to get inky. The background was created with a Simon Says Stamp Stencil called Mix and Match Squares. I love the modern vibe. I used Crushed Curry ink and a blending Brush to create the background which was mounted onto Soft Suede card stock with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Yesterday we had our first summer rainstorm marking the transition into summer. Although I did not create this post in time to play my card was inspired by this week’s Freshly Made Sketch which was a slimline card. A truly clean and simple design. The colors used are Basic White, Smoky Slate, Gumball Green (Retired), Shaded Spruce. The Shaded Spruce was blended around the edges of the Gumball Green and the area behind the daisy.…
