I am so thrilled with how this turned out. If you are like me there are days where the creativity flows easily and other days where I look at my crafting table and oodles of supplies and have no idea what to do.
This is when I turn to my Inspiration Folder. Before Pinterest we found our inspiration from nature, magazines, catalogs, and simply life around us. When I found something in a magazine or catalog I would tear it out and put it in my Inspiration Folder. While the internet, my iPad and Pinterest have transformed how I gain inspiration I do still maintain an inspiration folder. Here is the imagine that provided the Mojo for this card:
The color palette is Sahara Sand, Soft Suede, Pool Party and crisp Whisper White. The Soft Suede is photographing darker than it is in person, even with bright natural sunlight. How do you get your creative juices flowing? I would love to hear from you.

Such a pretty card! I used to keep a folder but now it’s on Pinterest. I also have color combos and sketches.
