Let’s Celebrate a Bit of the Irish

Today I want to celebrate the PPA Color Challenge and the Irish in all of us.   My husband is first born Irish American. His parents each came to America from Ireland in the late 50's.  They met in Chicago, got married and had six children.  I have enjoyed being a part of their rich cultural heritage.  I love Irish music, Irish sausage, and I have even grown to enjoy a Guinness now and then.…
