Lotus Blossom Elegance

It is always difficult to see someone lose someone they love.  There never seems to be the right words.  I strive to express my feelings by sending a beautiful card. This sentiment is one of my favorites because of the font.  It is a Verve Stamp. Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge #238

Valentines' Day is around the corner and this week the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge embraces true Valentine's Day colors.  And here is my card… The Happy Hearts Textured Impressions Embossing Folder provides the beautiful and subtle background for my card.  A few heart punches from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack increases the love factor. Color Your Tulips

I am loving Stampin' Up!'s Blendabilities.  They are so fun easy and fun to use.  I created this card just to use my new "blendies" from the Occasions catalog.   I started with Stampin' Up's Note Cards and Envelopes set.  Then I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock at 3 x 41/2.  On this piece of WW I stamped the tulips from the Blessed Easter stamp set (retired) but available through MDS.  The…
