PPA Color Challenge #202

My design for today's Pals Paper Arts Challenge is Clean and Simple.  Here is the color combination for this weeks Challenge:

And here is my card for this week…

Using a standard A2 card size I cut the square using the third square framelit.  Using my Distressing Tool I "frayed" the edges of the square and then dipped it into my Crumb Cake ink pad.  Then using the Petite Petals Stamp Set and matching punch created the flowers.  The Bermuda Bay leaves came from using the Little Leaves Sizzlits die (retiring).  And Bermuda Bay candy dots were the finishing touch.  The sentiment came from the Lots of Thanks stamp set.

The inside of the card included three layers to bring the colors to the inside of the card.  Let's take a peek.

I just love how this turned out.  And here is a close up of the front.

I struggled getting good picutres this week to capture the colors in the card.  You can see with each photo the color is slightly different and I was using the same lighting!

I hope you are having a great week.  I am so excited because my oldest will be coming home from College for the summer tomorrow night.  Last summer he stayed at school for summer classes so this will be the first time in two years he will be home for more that a couple of weeks.  We will have all of us under one roof again – so fun I can't wait.

And of course as demos we all get to see the new Catty  and can pre-order beginning today.  WooHoo! New items have been added to the Clearance Rack as well so Shop Now! to get the deals before they are gone.

Remember we love to see your ideas and takes on these color challenges.  So go to Pals Paper Arts and play along!
