I don't usually use retired products as a focal point of my card however this is the first Stampin' Up stamp I purchased and I love it. I could not even find it in the old catty but I believe it was called Quint-Essential Flower. In the current catty, I use the Polka Dot Pieces stamp set for a similar result as you can see in this blog post. However I could not resist using this old favorite.
The colors are Crumb Cake, Basic Black, Crushed Curry and Very Vanilla. The DSP is from the Typeset collection. I love this design. I am not sure if you can see it that well however I also added a strip of the DSP to the right side of the envelope.
Here's another look:
Isn't that DSP print beautiful?
The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Banners and the coordinating framelits. I cut out a second Crushed Curry banner, cut it in half lengthwise to frame the sentiment.
A candy dot finishes the Triple Flower perfectly.
I am looking forward to more time in my craft room this weekend. Perhaps all the Holiday Catty stamps will see ink this weekend!
Cheers,
Michelle
