Happy Easter!
I am disappointed that the Penned & Painted Photopolymer Stamp Set is retiring. You can bet it will remain in my stamp collection for years to come.
The color palette I used is:
It is rich and earthy. Sweet Sugarplum is my least favorite color in the pink/purple family but I do like it paired with Rich Razzleberry.
I used a retired stamp set – Another Thank You – for the sentiment. I love the font for this stamp and it remains on my crafting table for easy access when I need a quick thank you. I took a piece of scrap paper and stamped the sentiment and then folded the strip around the corner of the card. I like how it turned out.
I stamped a flower in the bottom right corner of on the inside of my card as well. Can you see it peeking out of the bottom corner?
I hope you have a lovely Easter and may your blessings be many.

BEAUTIFUL as usual! I am counting down the days until our time together. I am totally with you – I am sad that this beauty is leaving us and I am with you….it will always have a spot in my home! HUGS!
Me too! Thank you for your sweet comments.
Absolutely beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing!
Marianne, so glad you like it. I just love playing with this set.
This is just breathtakingly gorgeous! I love this color combo and you really made this stamp set sing.
Terri, thank you so much! Your comment means so much.
Beautiful card. The corner strip of CS with the sentiment is lovely.
Ina, Thank you for your kind comment. My mom used to wrap presents with ribbon striped over the opposite corners. I wanted to add the sentiment and didn’t want to cover the flowers. The corner seemed to be the perfect solution. It is funny where our creativity comes from.
I love your card ..and the clever way you wrapped the sentiment!! I love this stamp set, too and the colors you chose!
Rosalie, Thank you for the kind comment.
