Today’s project was CASE’d (Copy And Selectively Edit) from the catalog (page 46).
I used retired DSP and the Gather Together Bundle available September 4th for the card. Using Early Espresso ink stamp the large maple leaf all over the Early Espresso card base.
The color palette is Early Espresso, Cajun Craze and Crumb Cake.

The catalog version used the smaller maple leaves on either side of the large maple leaf. I created two large leaves. The Crumb Cake version was stamped in Early Espresso and then with a blender pen I drew the ink out from the veins of the leaf. The other leaf was heat embossed in Copper Stampin’ Embossing Powder. I added a retired Copper Acorn embellishment with some linen thread as a finishing touch.

And don’t forget to add a little pizzazz to the inside of your card. I love to carry the design to the inside of the card.
Have you seen the new Holiday Catalog? What are you most excited to create with from this catty? I love hearing from you.
Cheers,
Michelle
