A colleague had surgery the week before Christmas. I wanted to send her a card to make her smile. This bright and cheery card did the trick but may have been the painkillers keeping a smile on her face.
The stamp set is Healing Hugs from Simon Says Stamp. Over Black Friday weekend I ordered the die and I am so glad I did. ♥
I used Copic Markers to color the flowers. The centers of the daisies were also accented with Crystal Effects for some shine and texture.
The card base is Daffodil Delight and then layered with retired Pumpkin Pie DSP. A bit of sunshine in the middle of winter.
