I loved this Simon Says Stamp Ornate Background stamp the first time I saw it. For my project, I stamped it in Versamark ink onto Kraft card stock then heat embossed in White Stampin’ Embossing Powder. Then it was selectively colored with Polychromos colored pencils. Doesn’t this card make you believe Spring is around the corner? The flowers are from WPlus9 Southern Florals 2 Stamp set. I used SU colors; So Saffron, Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz, Soft Sky, Blushing Bride and Flirty Flamingo. The washi tape along the left side adds sophistication to the floral whimsey.
