Can’t Thank You Enough

Feathers

A super quite card that is super easy!  I was inspired a SU design team card.

Here it goes:

  • Basic Black for the card base (standard A2 card)
  • Striped DSP from the Stacked with Love DSP stack
  • Two pieces of card stock measured 2 1/4" x 3" ( I used another piece of DSP from the Stacked with Love stack and a piece of Whisper Whtie)
  • Stamped the feather from the Lovely Amazing You stamp set (note I stamped off twice for one of the feathers and stamped off once for another before stamping on the card stock)
  • Finished with the sentiment from Lovely Amazing You in Black Memento Ink
  • Glued both pieces of card stock to the base then added a piece of Washi Tape for a bit of flair
  • Small Gold Metallic Button tied with Linen thread and adhered with a Glue Dot

Wow, that was quick and easy.  And I think it is a charming card to send for a thank you.

I hope I inspired you today.  Don't forget the new Sale-a-Bration items started on Monday and today we have new Weekly Deals.  Check them out here:

Simple Saturday – Lovely Amazing You

The second Tuesday of each month Stamping' Up! releases a new Photopolymer Stamp Set.  The set for February is a new favorite.  I adore the font and could not wait to get this stamp set inked up.  Here is my Simple Saturday card.

Simple Sat 2.28

I started with SU Note card and envelope base (3.5" x 5") Then I added a piece of birthday bash DSP 1/4" smaller than the base of my card.  I absolutely LOVE this fun and whimsical DSP.

I stamped the image in Black Memento Ink on Whisper White then cropped the card stock to 2" x 4" and then using my Angle Tag Punch made it into a tag.  The Itty Bitty Accents Epoxy Stickers coordinate with the Itty Bitty Punches so I punched out the heart from the Birthday Bash DSP and added it to the back of my sticker.  Cute!

A quick and easy knot in a piece of Calypso Coral Chevron Ribbon adhered with mini glue dots and my card is ready to make someone smile.

Here is a peek at all the stamps in this stamp set.

Lovely Amazing YOu

I adore all the sentiments and am over the top thrilled with the font.  (I know I said that already.)

I ordered extra girl scout cookies and sent them to each of our sons at school.  I made cute little note cards that said "love you more than chocolate" – perfect!  Of course the postage to send the cookies were more than the cost of the cookies.  But you can't replace the fun of picking up a surprise box from Mom.

I hope you have a wonderful Saturday.  I will be adding items to my Retired Product For Sale page later today so don't miss the opportunity to pick up some great items at reduced prices.

Thanks for stopping by!  All the times used for this card are listed below and can be purchased my clicking an item and shopping 24/7 at the StampinMojo online store.

Baby Gift Cards Galore

Sometimes I want to just have a small note card to include with a gift.  A 3" x 3" gift card is often the perfect solution.  Here are a couple of baby gift cards using the Sweet Dreams DSP from the Occasions Catty.  While this DSP is featured as part of a baby suite of products.  The patterns are very versatile and not just for baby.

Baby gift cards 2

I just adore this little bumblebee.  I used the Sweet Dreams Washi Tape on the envelopes to dress them up.

On Saturday I revealed an alternative project from the February Paper Pumpkin kit.  If you missed it you can see it here.  Today I want to show you a couple more cards I made using the smaller note cards created from the Feb Paper Pumpkin Kit.

More baby gift cards

I used the Lullaby DSP from the SU Annual Catty and the Zoo Babies Stamp set.  The grass is from the Sheltering Tree Stamp set.  I think these turned out adorable.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope I inspired you to create something beautiful today.
