Lovely Inside & Out

I am giddy with this color combination Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, Lemon Lime Twist with a splash of Crushed Curry.

The Lovely Inside and Out stamp set has a modern flair with bold sentiments and whimsical background stamps. It was one of the first stamp sets I ordered from the annual catalog.

I brought design elements to the inside of the card as well. The sentiments used on the inside are from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous Photopolymer stamp set.

The splashes of Crushed Curry on the front of the card are a combination of It’s My Party Enamel Dots (retired) and the “dots” stamp from the new Painted Harvest Photopolymer stamp set. The enamel dots add dimension and shine to the card.

The sentiment is from Right at Home Script Greetings Dies. The dies have two pieces for each word in the sent. An outline and the detailed word.  I cut the outline in Vellum card stock and the word in Basic Black that was mounted on the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets. I cut the detailed word three times and layered each word on the other to give greater depth to the word on the card.

Of course I carried over the fun design to the envelope. I think it creates anticipation for the recipient to see the card on the inside.
