The sentiment is from the NEW Perennial Birthday stamp set. The flowers that surround the sentiment were created using a framelit die from Bouquet Bunch Framelits and the leaves from the Perennial Birthday stamp set. I think the flowers look just like those in the DSP. Basic Rhinestone Jewels adorn each flower for sparkle.

HI: I was looking at the card you made using the New Perennial Birthday Stamp Set.
You mentioned that the flowers surrounding the sentiment were created by the “Bouquet Bunch” framelits. Where can I find the “Bouquet Bunch Framelits”? I have searched the present Occasions Catalog, SAB Catalog and the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog. I really like this card, and I am sure I could substitute the stamps, flowers, but you have piqued my interest.

They are on page 213 of the annual catalog. They are a small “bunch” of flowers that die cut together. I hope that helps.
