I hope you are enjoying your weekend. We are enjoying some much needed downtime which translates into time in my craft room.
Like so many other paper crafters I enjoy creating slimline cards. When I saw the Slimline card challenge over at The Spot I was inspired to create.
The card base is 3 1/2 x 8 1/2. The background panel was created with a new Simon Says Stamp Stencil of clovers in varying sizes and includes this fun boarder. Using Stampin’ Up! Granny Apple Green and their new Blending Brushes made the process fun and easy. I love the varying depth of color.
Then I stamped the Colorado Craft Company’s 4 Leaf Clover Stamp and colored it with Copic Markers.
The coloring is rather simple yet looks wonderful against the fun background panel. The Anita Jeram mice and bunnies steal my heart every time I stamp one.
I added a few clovers on the inside along with the coordinating inside sentiment. ♥
