Today my dad turns 85! I am so pleased that he traveled from Arizona to be with us for his birthday.
When your birthday is on July 3rd you are used to cakes with sparklers instead of candles and celebrating with family for the 4th of July. So when I saw this stamp set it seemed fitting to get for my dad’s birthday card.

The fireworks were created using Stampin’ Up! Silver and Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. The YOU was cut with a die from My Favorite Things. And the sentiment overlay was heat embossed on vellum.
I hope you have a happy and safe 4th of July.

Oh Michelle . . . super card. We have a July 5th birthday in our family, so I get the birthday vs. holiday celebration. This card says it both. Definitely a keeper for next year!
Happy Birthday to your Dad and have a blessed day.
What stamp set did you use for the fireworks?
This card is beautiful! What is the name of the stamp set you used for the fireworks? The description just said the fireworks were made using embossing powder, but did not mention the name of the set, & I cannot locate it in the catalogue. Thanks!
