Stampin Up Concord and 9th Pretty Petals Stamp and dies Birthday card Michelle GleesonThe photo cannot do this card justice. The card stock is Stampin’ Up! Smoky Slate. The flowers were created with a Concord & 9th stamp set and coordinating dies called Pretty Petals. The flower is a two stamp process. The base of the flower was stamped in Wisteria Wonder and then the detailed veins of the flower are Elegant Eggplant. The center of the flowers are SU Silver Glimmer paper cut using the Concord & 9th dies.

Don’t you love that font for the sentiment? ♥ It  is part of the Pretty Petals stamp set. It was stamped using SU Basic Black Archival Ink.

Stampin Up Coffee Break DSP Celebrate You TTTC001 Michelle Gleeson Stampinup SU

Today I am participating in the NEW challenge Tic Tac Toe that was created by friends and fellow demonstrators. The talent on this design team is over the top so you will need to check it out. Here is the first challenge and I chose to go straight down the middle with Circle-FREE-White as my challenge. Click on the image to go to the challenge site.

Using the new Coffee Break Designer Series Paper (DSP) as my palette I used Garden Green card stock as my base and then framed the DSP with Soft Suede. I tied Linen Thread and added a (retired) Garden Green button to add texture to the card.

The sentiment from Celebrate You was stamped with Stampin’ White Craft Ink and heat embossed with White Stampin’ Embossed Powder.

I love carrying design elements from the front of the card to the inside as well.

Stampin Up Celebrations Duo Happy Celebrations Birthday Card idea Michelle Gleeson Stampinup SUHappy Hump Day! A quick post to share a card that really makes me smile.

I am IN LOVE with this color combination. Pool Party, Lemon Lime Twist, and Bermuda Bay.  This is paired up with one of my favorite Textured Embossing Folders – Celebrations Duo. Doesn’t the color combination just brighten your day?

Stampin Up Remarkable You Watercolor Pencils Thoughtful Branches Michelle Gleeson Stampinup SU

The Remarkable You stamp set has stunning floral images perfect for watercoloring. I worked on my watercoloring using the Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils; Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral.  The flower was stamped onto Watercolor Paper in Sahara Sand.

The sentiment is from a retired stamp set Thoughtful Branches. I loved this bundle and was sad it was not brought back in the Annual Catalog. This is one of those sets that will remain in my stampin’ stash.
